Tight Lipped drops down in grade tomorrow
Tuesday, October 7, 2014
TIGHT LIPPED runs in a 0-70 apprentice handicap over 10 furlongs at Nottingham tomorrow and he is drawn 6 of the 16 runners. He should appreciate this step down in grade and should run well at this level. His last run was in a 0-80 handicap at Sandown and it was an encouraging run. He was due to run in the Silver Cambridgeshire at Newmarket recently but the ground ended up being quicker than anticipated so he was withdrawn on the day of the race. The ground tomorrow look as if it will be genuinely good or even slower which should suit him well. He will be partnered by Rosie Jessop who has struck up a good relationship with the horse so lets hope this continues tomorrow.
