ICE SLICE runs at Windsor tomorrow over a mile, and he is drawn 7 of the 14 runners. He won over this distance on soft ground earlier in the season so hopefully he will find conditions to suit this time. It has become apparent that he definitely need cut in the ground to be at his best. The going tomorrow is currently good but more rain is forecast. If he runs up to his best soft ground form he would definitely have a chance. He is a straightforward horse and it would be great if he could get his autumn campaign off to a winning start.
