IRON BUTTERFLY returns to the track at Catterick tomorrow after a good summer break. She has not run since she ran over hurdles in March but is reasonably fit and is in good form at home. Ideally she would not have started off over 2 miles and as far away as Catterick but she needs soft ground. She had an entry at Brighton over a shorter trip but the ground was just not suitable for her there. She has done really well over the summer and she should be all set for a good winter over hurdles. We are keen to win a race with her on the flat at some stage but she will not be running on the all weather. Her race tomorrow has been divided and there are 11 runners, if she is fit enough she should run a good race. She has run well there before over hurdles so we know she handles the track.
