Fulney to follow up at Sandown tomorrow

FULNEY returns to Sandown tomorrow hoping to follow up her recent win there over the same trip again. She won a maiden race there last time but tomorrow she runs in a handicap which will be tougher especially as the handicapper has rather unkindly put her up 2 pounds for her win. She is in very good form and is hopefully still improving. A mile at sandown seems to be the ideal conditions for her so she should run well again tomorrow.
PENNYWEIGHT also runs at Sandown tomorrow in a mile 2 year old maiden race. She has run in 2 very hot maiden races to date and completely missed the break in her first run. She ran better at Goodwood last time out but it was a very good race. She has come out of both races well. We like her at home, she is a nice tough filly and we think there are races in her. We will see what she can do tomorrow but we think she will be a nice filly for the future
IRON BUTTERFLY makes her handicap debut at Kempton tomorrow evening over 12 furlongs. She is by Shirocco and a half sister to AT THE MONEY and IRON CONDOR so on pedigree the step up in trip should suit her well. She has run on the polytrack before and has worked on it at home so she should be OK  with the surface. It would be interesting to see her on soft ground but there is none around at the moment so this race was the suitable option until we get some rain. She will be an interesting runner and will hopefully run a nice race.
