Royal form boost for Tight Lipped

Saturday, June 23, 2012
TIGHT LIPPED runs at Windsor on Monday evening in a mile handicap. His form recieved a significant boost at Royal Ascot when FENNELL BAY won the big 12 furlong handicap there on Thursday. He was third behind TIGHT LIPPED when he was second at Ascot in May. TIGHT LIPPED has been running consistently well and is in good form at home. The more rain that falls the better his chance will be, a mile at Windsor should be ideal for him. He is drawn 11 of the 11 runners which is on the outside but may not be a bad draw as they tend to come up the fair rail at Windsor when the ground is soft. If he runs up to his best form he should have a good chance on Monday.
