Condor Heads for Cheltenham

Thursday, October 13, 2011

IRON CONDOR runs in a two miles maiden hurdle tomorrow at Cheltenham.  There are nine runners which is a fairly small field due to the fast ground conditions.  He will not mind the ground.  He only had one run as a juvenile where he finished 6th of 12 at Sandown beaten a long way but also trying to come from a long way back.  Hurdling is a new discipline for him but it is thought that he will do well hurdling on a sound surface in due course.  IRON CONDOR is a lovely big horse who has strengthened well from three to four.
