SCOTTISH STAR faces 7 opponents at Lingfield tomorrow in a 10 furlong maiden race and is well drawn in 3. He has been working well at home and is a nice horse so will be an interesting runner. If he gets some luck in running he should go close.
BAAN heads for Ludlow to contest a 2 mile 5 furlong maiden hurdle race and there are 16 runners. He ran well at Leicester on his hurdling debut, the ground was very testing that day. He was traveling well until 2 out but then got tired, he finished an encouraging 6th as this was his first run for a long time. The ground tomorrow is being given as good ground which will hopefully be fine for him as he has won on good/firm on the flat. He did handle the softer conditions at Leicester well though so if it does rain overnight, as forecast, it shouldn't inconvenience him. Tomorrows race is only 1 furlong further than at Leicester so the trip should be fine. He has definitely come on from his first run so should run well.
