Missed Turn creditable third

MISSED TURN ran her best race to date at Lingfield yesterday to finish third, beaten less than a length. It was a rise in class for her as the race was 2 grades higher than a selling race, so it was a very creditable performance. She was always in the first 3 and just lost out in tight finish. She is certainly giving her owners plenty of fun at the moment. Her next intended target is another mile handicap back at Lingfield on March 3rd. She seems to handle the Lingfield track well.

CETSHWAYO ran a promising race on his debut last week. He had a bad draw and didn't come down the hill very well but stayed on well in the straight. He is a big horse and can only improve on this performance. CONSIDINE also ran an encouraging race on his seasonal debut. He finished fourth over an inadequate trip and his next intended race is a 2 mile apprentice race at Lingfield on March 1st.

The only remaining runner from Park Lodge this week is DUNOWEN in a hurdle race at Huntingdon on Thursday. That is providing the meeting goes ahead, the weather forecast is not very promising.
