Iron Condor steps up in trip

Monday, January 17, 2011
IRON CONDOR runs over 2 miles for the first time at Kempton on Wednesday evening. James feels he will appreciate the step up in trip especially on the polytrack, he acts well on this surface. He has a good draw, 11 of 13. Hopefully from this draw he will be able to be dropped in just behind the leaders. He used to be hard to settle but has got easier with time so hopefully he will be able to setlle in a handy position. He was drawn wide in his last race which was not ideal for him. It is a competitive race for its type but the horse seems to be in good form so he must go there with a decent chance.
