TORRAN SOUND is running at Chepstow tomorrow in a 12 furlong handicap. He is wearing blinkers for the first time, purely because he had a bit for trouble going the early pace over this trip last time out, hopefully the headgear will get him too travel better in the early stages and he wil be able to be ridden more prominently. He ran well over the same trip at Beverley last time out and got the trip well. The ground was quick that day so fast ground tomorrow should not present a problem.
RESET makes his racecourse debut in a seller over a mile at Lingfield tomorrow. James Eustace will see how he runs and decide his future from there.
One or two of the horses have run below par lately so there may be a scarcity of runners over the next fortnight or so. Some tests will be done on the horses to see if there is any likely explanation for this.
