WESTER ROSS has his first run in a handicap at Kempton today. 2 miles on this track should suit him and the ground should be fine for him. He seems very well at home so it will be interesting to see how he runs. It is a competitive looking race but he is not without a chance.
SOUTH AFRICAN GOLD runs in a maiden at Wolverhampton tomorrow. His first 2 runs have been disappointing but he was injured after his first run so one can forgive him for his second run. He works much better at home than he has showed on the track so far. If he can run to his home form he could run well as it not the most competitive race on paper.
