Two handed at Lingfield tomorrow

Friday, November 27, 2009
James Eustace runs 2 horses in the 6 furlong maiden at Lingfield tomorrow. TORRAN SOUND ran a week ago at Kempton and was very green , he was outpaced in the early stages but once the penny dropped he ran on well in the closing stages. He should have benefited from that experience and be a bit sharper tomorrow. The important factor last week was that he behaved himself as he had given alot of trouble at home in the stalls. Hopefully he will do the same again tomorrow and run a nice race. He is more of a horse for next year. SOUTH AFRICAN GOLD is a more of a 2 year old type but has been off the track for a while. He came back from Windsor with a problem but is over that now and has been working nicely at home. He is the shaprpest of the 2 runners but may just need the run after his long lay off.
