Luke and Geneva Geyser come good at Great Leighs

Friday, December 12, 2008
GENEVA GEYSER won nicely at Great Leighs last night and it was the first leg of a double for jockey Luke Morris. It was a just reward for Luke who was on board at Windsor on his debut when they had a fall. Luke has also done alot of work on the horse at home and has always thought he was potentially a nice horse. The horse must be quite tough to have bounced back so well from such a rough experience first time out. He can only improve from this run as he was still a bit green in the race and looks a promising horse. He seems to have taken the race well. James Eustace is going to wait and see what rating the handicapper gives him before making any definite plans but he could possibly run on the polytrack in the New Year.
