KARKY SCHULTZ has a good chance at Market Rasen tomorrow of making it 3 out 3 for James Eustace on this course. His 2 previous runners there, Orcadian and At The Money, were both winners so let's hope KARKY SCHULTZ can keep up this excellent strike rate. There are only 7 declared runners and on the form book he has one horse to beat, Motarid, who was second on his only previous run over hurdles. The course has to survive an early morning inspection, the ground will be testing but he ran well on similar ground and over the same trip at Folkestone last time out so should definitely be there or thereabouts tomorrow.
JOE CASTER only face 3 rivals at Lingfield on Friday but this won't necessarily suit him as he needs a strong gallop. Luke Morris, his usual partner, is banned on Friday so Andrea Atzeni takes over in the saddle and he claims 5 pounds. This will offset most of the 6 pound penalty he carries for last week's win. He seems in good form at home so can hopefully go close again.
On Saturday AT THE MONEY is entered in a 2 mile 6 furlong handicap hurdle race at Sandown. This is the same distance as he won over last time and he ran well on this track before that so should run well. James Eustace is hoping they will get more rain so that the ground is not too tacky. He went up 7 pounds for his last win which will make it more difficult for him but he must have a chance.
