Farsighted hoping to make hurdling debut tomorrow

Saturday, October 4, 2008
FARSIGHTED has been declared to run over hurdles at Huntingdon tomorrow. She needs soft ground but there is alot of rain forecast so it is looking hopeful that she will be able to run. She has been entered to run numerous times on the flat recently but keeps getting balloted out. She has taken well to jumping and has schooled very well at home. The worry is that she may not see out the trip but it is worth a try.
ON CUE runs at Warwick on Monday in a 7 furlong auction stakes. She was very badly drawn first time out at Kempton and actually ran better than her finishing position suggested. She should go alot closer on Monday especially if the rain does come as she also needs soft ground.
