James Eustace was pleased that KARKY SCHULTZ got into the 7 furlong nursery at Doncaster tomorrow but wasn't so happy with the draw. He is drawn 5 but the winners on the new track seem to come from a high draw, the stand's side. He has a low weight of only 8st 3lbs and the able assistance of good 3 pound claimer Luke Morris in the saddle so he will hopefully run a big race. He has definately come on for his run at Goodwood recently. This was his first run back from an enforced break. He showed alot of speed on his last run until he got tired but if he shows alot of speed tomorrow he could drop back to 6 furlongs for his next run. There is a 6 furlong nursery on the final day of the turf season back at Doncaster on November 10th so this could be a possibility. The plan is for him to be kept going on the all weather until the end of the year.
