After a quiet few days we have 3 runners at Kempton tomorrow evening. It will be good to see AMSBY back on the track after showing alot of promise in his first 2 runs earlier in the year at Lingfield. He was declared to run just before racing shutdown but unfortunately went lame. We have given him plenty of time to recover as he is a horse we really like. The break has done him alot of good and given him a chance to mature. He runs over a mile again but we think he will get further in time. We hope he can run a nice race tomorrow, and most importantly, come back in one piece.
WITH CAUTION steps up to a mile for the first time and is drawn 2 of 6 runners. Steve Donoghue rides her again and he felt that when he rode her last time she would benefit from being held up in her races rather than being ridden from the front. He has ridden her at home over 7 furlongs and she has settled well so we felt it was worth trying her over a mile on the racecourse. She ran well last time considering it was her first run back after a break, she just tired in the closing stages. She has come out of that race well and we are hoping for a good run tomorrow.
CAMPSIE GLEN makes he racecourse debut in a 7 furlong novice and is drawn 9 of the 10 runners. He is an enormous 2 year old but a very nice individual in every way. We were keen to get one run into him this year but he is very much one for the future and his better years are definitely ahead of him.
