MAJOR BLUE and newcomer SIBLE HEDINGHAM both head to Pontefract tomorrow where there are small fields. MAJOR BLUE runs in a 3 runner 5 furlong handicap and will be reunited with Hollie Doyle who won on him earlier in the year. His next engagement will be at the July sales in Newmarket on Thursday. His last run was a bit disappointing but he was taking on older horses and it was a step up in grade so the combination may have put him slightly out of his depth. He will wear blinkers for the first time and he went well in them out of the stalls this morning so we hope they will have a positive impact tomorrow.
SIBLE HEDINGHAM is a 3 year old filly who has taken time to come to hand. She makes her debut in a 10 furlong maiden and there are only 6 runners. She is likely to stay further in time but has been working nicely at home. She should handle the fast ground tomorrow so we hope she can run a respectable race tomorrow. She too will be ridden by Hollie Doyle.
