POSTIE makes her racecourse debut on the flat and SEE THE CITY will be having his first run over hurdles tomorrow. We have always seen SEE THE CITY as a potential jumper and he has developed into a very good looking National Hunt type. We have purposely given him a long break as we wanted him to go jumping so we have been looking after him. He has been waiting for some cut in the ground which he will get tomorrow. He runs at Market Rasen in a 2 mile maiden hurdle. He will probably stay further in time but we wanted to start him off over this trip and work our way upwards. Jack Quinlan takes the ride and he has done all the schooling on him so knows him well. He jumps nicely at home but is the type who should improve with racing. We believe he is a horse with a future over jumps and it will be interesting to see how he runs tomorrow.
POSTIE heads for Nottingham to run in a very hot looking 10 furlong novice race. She is drawn 13 of the 16 runners and Ryan Tate takes the ride. She has been a very backward and immature filly but has turned the corner since the beginning of the year and has matured both mentally and physically. She is a big strong filly who is likely to improve with age and racing. She will appreciate the cut in the so we hope she can learn something from tomorrow.
