Macksville heads the weights at Huntingdon

Wednesday, October 3, 2018
MACKSVILLE carries top weight in a 2 1/2 mile handicap hurdle at Huntingdon tomorrow. There is a big field of 15 runners and Jack Quinlan takes the ride. He has taken well to hurdles  and really enjoys it. He will be wearing blinkers purely because he wore them when he won on the flat so we thought it is worth a try but he is perfectly genuine over hurdles.  He is off to Doncaster sakes at the end of the month purely to dissolve a partnership. He looks a potential winner over hurdles if he hasn't managed to win before the sales. If anyone was interested in buying him I would be delighted to have him back in the yard to train.
