We have been waiting patiently for the right ground for FATHER McZENZIE as he has had a wind operation since his last run and the signs at home are that it has been successful. He has been back in work for a while since the operation and has been working well. He runs at Nottingham in a 6 furlong handicap and is drawn 7 of the 9 runners. The ground is currently good/soft, soft in places and should be ideal for him. He was a good tough horse before the operation and if it has improved him he should run well and could be a good handicapper for the future.
