WIND PLACE AND SHO returns to hurdles in a 2 mile handicap at Fakenham tomorrow. There are 14 runners and Jack Quinlan rides. He probably ran his best race for a while on the flat at Goodwood last time when different tactics were employed and he was held up. Last year over hurdles we ran him over 2 1/2 miles and he was always doing too much in front and don't appear to stay which was a surprise as he stays well on the flat. Jack Quinlan suggested dropping him back to 2 miles where they will go a good gallop and he can get settled so it will be an interesting experiment tomorrow. Fakenham is a fast track and with 14 runners there should be plenty of pace in the race so it will be interesting to see if a change of tactics can work.
