WIND PLACE AND SHO and ICE SLICE both head South for Goodwood on Sunday. WIND PLACE AND SHO runs in a 2 mile handicap to be ridden by National Hunt jockeys. Jack Quinlan takes the ride and he will continue the partnership over the winter as he will run over hurdles after tomorrow. WIND PLACE AND SHO is drawn 4 of the 13 runners and will be wearing cheekpieces. He is very gradually creeping down the handicap so we will see how he goes tomorrow.
ICE SLICE is also gradually coming down the handicap and therefore will be running in a lower grade of race than he has run in for a long time. It is a mile handicap and he is drawn 9 of the 9 runners, Ryan Tate takes the ride. He still retains his ability and the track should suit him as it is a sharp mile so we are hoping for the best tomorrow.
