We have 2 runners tomorrow, GLENDUN at Nottingham and POPPY TIME at Lingfield. GLENDUN ran very well first time out for us over 7 furlongs at Yarmouth and we are stepping him to a mile tomorrow. He looked as if he should appreciate the extra furlong and at home we have always thought that a mile would be his best trip. Ryan Tate takes the ride on him again, he rode him last time and has ridden him at home so knows him well. GLENDUN has been in good form at home since his first run and must have an obvious chance tomorrow.
We have been waiting for the rain for POPPY TIME and they have thankfully had some at Lingfield. She does appreciate a bit of cut in the ground. She runs in a 10 furlong handicap and is drawn 5 of 14. She has been working well and she has always shown enough at home to suggest she can win a race so let's hope that is tomorrow. She will be ridden by Holly Doyle who will be having her first ride for us. She still claims 3 pounds and rides very well.
