ICE SLICE has a good chance at Chester tomorrow in a mile handicap. He is well drawn in stall 2 of 11 and Ryan Tate, who gets on so well with him, takes the ride once again. He finished third last time but we were delighted with that run as he wasn't beaten far and it was possibly the ground that beat him that day as it was heavy and so he didn't quite see out the trip. He is running off the same handicap mark of 91 tomorrow and the ground should be good which will suit him better. He has shown himself to be very good on left handed tracks so can hopefully handle the tight turns of Chester and a good draw is a big help. It looks a competitive race but he seems in good form at home so we think he can run very well again.
