PRESS GANG and PENNERLEY are two more interesting runners for the yard tomorrow. PRESS GANG will be making his debut for the yard as he was bought from Richard Hannon at the horses in training sale last year. He runs in a 12 furlong handicap at Doncaster and is drawn 4 of the 8 runners. He will be ridden by Tom Marquand who has ridden him before. PRESS GANG was gelded over the winter and has been working nicely at home. He is quite a laid back individual so should improve for this run. The step up in trip should suit him and looks a nice prospect for the season ahead.
PENNERLEY will be making her second appearance on a racecourse but her first this year. She runs at Leicester in a 10 furlong maiden and is drawn 6 of the 11 runners, Ryan Tate takes the ride. She ran very respectably on her debut over a mile last year and, slightly contrary to what her pedigree suggests, she looks a potential middle distance filly. Luke Morris rode her last year and felt she would be suited by further as a 3 year old. She should run a nice race tomorrow and also looks a nice prospect for this season.
