SANDY COVE returns to the track tomorrow having enjoyed a good winter break. He is running in a 12 furlong handicap at Kempton and is well drawn in stall 2 of the 9 runners. He is now 1 pound higher in the handicap than his highest winning mark but he could still be competitive off this mark. He will be ridden by Ryan Tate who has ridden him several time before so knows him well and also claims a valuable 3 pounds off his back. It will all depend how much he needs the run having come back from a break and he will be meeting fitter rivals who have good recent form. He is a course and distance winner so clearly likes the track so should run well again tomorrow.
